Any data point can be set to trigger an alert or notification, these can be configured to send a text, make a call or print and email an auto-generated report.

When building a form you may want to validate answers or control which questions are visible based on the situation. ProofSafe allows detailed validation settings against all individual questions helping to ensure answers are completed correctly

Visibility settings can hide or show both Sections and Questions depending on the answers provided to other questions, for example an equipment audit may ask for the category of equipment (workshop or mobile) and then present follow up questions accordingly e.g. registration and km’s for vehicles.

The use of default answers, visibility criteria, calculated answers, structured settings and user instructions all help to keep the interface simple and intuitive..

Everyone at your organisation can have the ProofSafe App and forms on their iOS & Android mobile devices, including sub-contractors and you can create as many forms (apps) as you need.

ProofSafe billing is structured like a phone or gas bill - you pay for usage; when you’re quiet our costs are minimal, when you take on a large project your systems are ready to go.
